These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FigurePages website and application at figurepages.com (the "Service"), operated by FigurePages ("FigurePages", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FigurePages lets you publish self-contained HTML and SVG pages to a private, shareable link, control who can view them, and see view analytics. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Some features require you to sign in using a supported identity provider (Microsoft, Google, or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you sign in with and for all activity that occurs under your FigurePages account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorised use.
You retain all ownership rights in the content you publish ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to publish Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and serve Your Content solely to the extent necessary to operate and provide the Service (for example, to display a page to the people you have shared it with). This licence ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, subject to reasonable operational and backup timeframes.
You agree not to use the Service to publish, share, or transmit content or to act in any way that:
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.
Pages you publish run in an isolated sandbox and are served only to the audiences you choose. However, you are solely responsible for Your Content and for deciding with whom to share it. We do not review or endorse Your Content, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of anything you publish or share.
The Service offers free and plus tiers and may offer paid tiers. Free and plus accounts are subject to limits, including a maximum number of pages and automatic deletion of pages after a retention period (currently 10 days from publication). We may change tiers, limits, and pricing; where you have a paid plan, material changes will be communicated in advance. Fees, if any, are stated at the point of purchase.
You may create API tokens to publish from third-party AI tools. You are responsible for keeping tokens secret and for all activity performed with them. You may revoke a token at any time. Third-party tools and identity providers are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
FigurePages can be connected to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector. Connecting is optional and is always initiated and authorised by you.
When you authorise an assistant, it acts on your behalf within your account: it can publish pages, list the pages and dashboards you own, and change page visibility. Actions an AI assistant takes with your authorisation are your actions for the purposes of these Terms — including everything in section 3 (Your Content), section 4 (Acceptable use), and section 5 (Content is your responsibility). You remain responsible for what is published and for who it is shared with, whether you typed it yourself or an assistant produced it.
Because assistants can generate content and set visibility on your instruction, take particular care when asking one to publish publicly or to share with named recipients. We recommend reviewing a page's visibility after publishing.
The AI assistant and its provider are third parties governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their behaviour, their output, or how they handle content passed through them, and we are not responsible for them. You can end a connection at any time by disconnecting FigurePages within the assistant. We may suspend or revoke connector access that we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these Terms.
Section 11 (Assumption of risk; no liability) applies in full to anything done through a connected AI assistant.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, changes, or reasons beyond our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that Your Content will always be preserved or available.
You use the Service entirely at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your use of the Service and for Your Content — including how it is created, published, and shared, and who is able to access it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FigurePages accepts no liability of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and Your Content may be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@figurepages.com.
